All the food made at Rosendals Garden is crafted around the biodynamically cultivated vegetables grown in our garden.

In collaboration, our gardeners and chefs plan what is grown to later become food on the table. If we do not grow it ourselves, then we purchase it from local, small-scale suppliers. As always, sustainability and enjoyment go hand in hand at Rosendals Garden.

We serve our food “sharing style” because we believe this is the ultimate way to experience food in good company. You can choose between a two- or three-course menu, a stunning wedding cake baked in our very own bakery and a selection of great optional extras.

Our seasonal drinks menu contains a fantastic variety of organic and biodynamic wines, ciders and beers. We also have a range of alcoholic and alcohol-free cocktails made using seasonal ingredients picked and preserved here at Rosendals Garden. Amongst the most popular are elderflower, apples from our orchard, woodruff, rose, lavender and herbs. We also make a stunning Kombucha.

The bakers at Rosendals Garden bake a range of bread and cakes in the Wood Fired Oven Bakery behind the Farmshop every day. The bread is baked from sourdough and often uses heritage flours. Everything made here is a craft, taking no shortcuts and baked using the very best ingredients. The bakers are inspired by a genuine love and pride in their work!

Rosendals Garden café is organically certified. The certification ensures that the suppliers we work with share and follow our sustainability values; environmental, social and economic. Out biodynamic cultivation of vegetables, flowers and fruit are both KRAV (organic) and Demeter (biodynamic) certified.
